So far in my life it has been Mazatlan, Mexico. Maybe simply because it is the most recent, but it was far more relaxing then Disney World. Both the kids had fun plus mom and dad got some much needed rest, so it was a much needed break for all of us.
I agree with that question, "vacation, what's that?" As stay at home moms, some might think every day is a vacation. But in reality, even vacation days involve our daily routine...with all the crazy laundry-catch-up when you return. :-) Truly, the cruise we took last summer will be what I think of as the best vacation spot with little ones. We had family time. We had adult alone time. We had solitary time. (thanks to the fun kids activities planned.) All meals cooked for you. Room service to make your beds. Not running crazy, worrying about transportation every day, snacks, etc. I want to do another cruise when E is old enough for the Carnival childcare, which is two, I think.
