It's probably not the worst, but it's the funniest....
When Elisan was a baby, my father in law would go to great lengths to shield her ears from the wind. When we asked him what he was doing, he said it was important to keep wind out of the ears of babies. Um... okay!
Like Ms W it probably isn't the worst but it is definitely funny~
As a child I remember always wanting to play in the rain. Since we live in the South we often get evening showers and my kids "love" the fact that they get to play in the rain. I love it too, it always makes me smile from ear to ear to see them playing in the rain. Well my mom was at our house one day and wouldn't you know it started raining. My son asked if we could play in the rain and I said sure. My mother nearly fell out of the chair and began lecturing me telling me how we would all "catch" a cold from the rain. My son still to this day asks why his grandmother thinks rain causes colds.
